About

I started my practice in Rye in 2006, as a second career, (in my previous life I was a librarian in London) and have worked in the community since then. I have worked with all ages, including teenagers to nonagenarians.

It is very rewarding to see how massage therapy can have such a positive effect in our lives, especially when employed on a regular basis. Giving and receiving massage has been a life changer for me and I feel privileged to help my clients feel better, and more able to do the things they enjoy, whether cycling a century, or playing on the floor with kids. I also greatly value the opportunity to give time and space for an interlude of calm, a moment to reset.

I enjoy taking hands on bodywork classes, which have included Orthopedic Massage, Myofascial Release, and Sports Massage to name a few. I have also taken advanced coursework at the Center for the Advancement of Therapeutic Arts in NYC and am certified in Oncology Massage.

In spare time I love to see my kids, and enjoy spending time outside, cycling and hiking with friends, as well as being at home sewing and learning to knit!
